Common tasks
Four things people need when they move here
Homes
Flats, houses, rooms and short-term stays across Greenock, Gourock, Port Glasgow and the villages.
Jobs
Care, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality and remote roles from employers hiring now.
Relocation
A checklist that remembers where you are, and an assistant that plans around your household.
Community
Area guides, what it actually costs to live here, and the people who make settling in easier.
Tell it your situation. Get a plan built from real local listings.
The assistant only works from data we hold and keep current — live property and job listings, neighbourhood profiles, school and healthcare information, and the grant rules as they stand today. It does not guess, and it does not invent a listing that is not on the site.
Here is a plan for a March move.
Where to look: Gourock for the family housing stock and the station; Greenock West End if you want period space and a shorter walk to the esplanade.
3 homes in budget · 2 nursing roles open · grant: likely eligible
Plus schools, GP registration, and a checklist starting 8 weeks out.
